Paid Search Marketing (PPC)

These are significant text ads with a link to a web page and some ad text which is displayed to users of a search engine types for a particular search phrase. These paid adverts are displayed in the sponsored listings part of the search engine results page. These adverts are not free and is charged for every click (hence Pay-Per-Click), with the amount bid for the click determining the position.
