Mercury is a custom built Content Management System (CMS) developed in LAMP (Linux Apache MySQL and PHP) built around Web 2.0 standards. The CMS is built to create Search Engine friendly URLs and in its current state supports English and Western European Languages. The CMS can also be modified to support Japanese and Chinese character encodings.
